Terms of Service
Effective date: July 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SkeletIQ (the “Service”), an AI system design and architecture intelligence product operated by Sabhahith Works Private Limited, based in Bengaluru, India (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing skeletiq.com, signing in, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Beta service notice
SkeletIQ is currently offered as an early-stage (Beta) product. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose during this period. We recommend keeping independent copies of any work that matters to you.
3. Accounts and eligibility
To use most features you must create an account. You may register with an email address and password, or sign in through a supported identity provider (Google or GitHub). You agree to:
- provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- keep your credentials and access tokens confidential and secure;
- be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account; and
- be old enough to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. The Service
SkeletIQ turns natural-language prompts into critiqued system architectures — components, data stores, connections, cost estimates, and compliance checks — which you can then review and edit on an interactive canvas. Related capabilities include architecture validation, cost estimation, prompt templates, version history, exports, and team collaboration, subject to your plan.
5. Plans, credits, and billing
We offer Free and paid plans (Pro, Team, and, where available, Enterprise). Paid plans and add-ons are billed through our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card details; those are handled by the payment processor.
- Credits are the unit used to meter AI generations. Your balance may include a recurring monthly allowance (which resets each billing cycle) and separately purchased credits.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Except where required by applicable law, payments and used credits are non-refundable. Prices, plans, and credit allowances may change; material changes will be communicated in advance.
Cancellations and refunds are described in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
You may connect your own API keys for supported model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, or a local Ollama endpoint). If you do:
- you are solely responsible for all usage, charges, and rate limits on your provider account, and for complying with that provider’s terms;
- we store your keys encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and use them only to route your requests to the provider you selected; and
- you may remove a connected key at any time from your settings.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
- upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to submit;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users’ data;
- circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or plan restrictions, or resell the Service without authorization; or
- abuse the model providers or generate content that violates their usage policies.
8. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts, project details, and architectures you create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide it to you and, where applicable, your team. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it.
9. AI-generated output
The Service uses large language models to generate architectures, critiques, cost estimates, and related output. This output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. It does not constitute professional engineering, security, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating any output before relying on it. Given the nature of AI, output is not guaranteed to be unique and similar output may be generated for other users.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties — including model providers, identity providers (Google, GitHub), our payment processor (Razorpay), and email delivery. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the respective third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (excluding Your Content), is owned by Sabhahith Works Private Limited and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. An open-source edition of SkeletIQ, where offered, is governed by its own separate license.
12. Teams and collaboration
If you create or join a team, projects and content shared within that team may be visible to other members according to their role (owner, admin, member, or viewer). The team owner is responsible for managing membership and for the members they invite. Email invitations expire if not accepted within a limited period.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; certain data may be retained or deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabhahith Works Private Limited and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabhahith Works Private Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Change of operator. The Service was previously operated under the unregistered trade name “Sabhahith Innovations”. With effect from the date above, the Service is operated by Sabhahith Works Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, which assumes the rights and obligations of the operator under these Terms. No other substantive change to your rights was made at the same time.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
